We are looking for candidates with expertise in both Information Technology and Business Administration for the role of IT Business Analyst. IT Business Analysts are responsible for enhancing the quality of IT products and services, analyzing data to inform business decisions and finding technological solutions to business needs, among other duties.

• Gathering and analyzing both business and system requirements.
• Identifying the current- and future-state business processes.
• Defines the detailed work flow & scope of work for software with stakeholders.
• Listing technical requirements (system architecture, data structure, business rules, screen designs, use case, test scenario etc.) in appropriate document ats.
• Examine and compare current systems and business models.
• Preparing Business Requirement Document (BRD) in the standard at with a lean & clear language.
• Systems Reference Document (SRD) and Software requirements specification (SRS) documents.
• Determine rivalry technical solutions for all organizational needs.
• Delivering elements of systems design to proponent's retail business via use Agile, Iterative or Waterfall models methodology. As per required needs.
