Typically requires a 4 year degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
Part of Arrow’s HR team. Supervise a team of 2 on 2 premises “Cairo & Banha” on a variety of HR functions (Recruitment, Training & Development, Organizational Development, Employee Relations, Policies & Procedures, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Compensations & Benefits, Change Management initiatives and other programs that support the business in achieving its objectives.).
Under general supervision, gather, evaluate, and analyze a wide variety of HR-related data. Coordinate and implement various business relevant solutions, tools and analytics in support of the HR strategy.
Providing support to managers or employees in matters relating to HR policies and practices. Participate in various HR performance management processes including performance reviews, annual goal setting, and compensation reviews.
Act as a liaison to HR Shared Services Center on a variety of situations including leaves, payroll changes, and benefits.
Conducting exit interviews and analyzing turnover data.
Creating and maintaining data on critical records and reports in our Human Resources Information System.
Ensure effective and appropriate policies and procedures are followed, for the purpose of being timely, accurate, legal and meeting organizational objectives
Duties & Responsibilities
Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture & Motivate team members. Oversee day-to-day operation, set clear team goals, delegate tasks and set deadlines. Monitor team performance and leads team through changes in systems, processes, policies or procedures. Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and recruiting technology data integrity. Identifying training and development needs within SE through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and HRM. Draw up a training plan. Actively participate in the performance management process, which includes recognizing, coaching, providing meaningful feedback, writing and delivering counseling and corrective actions, and writing and delivering performance reviews. Communicates with other employees, departments, administrators and applicants for the purpose of providing information and assistance concerning employment, recruitment, transfers, personnel records, leaves, licenses, and related legal requirements. Anticipate staffing needs and staffing fluctuations; develop accurate staffing plans to support them. Be aware of and take preventative action to minimize turnover; analyze selection and training effectiveness. Continuously work on Engagement programs, initiatives and activities to make colleagues actively engaged in working with SE.
A minimum of 5-8 years of HR experience with a proven record of 2-3 years as Team Leader especially with HR system applications and integrations, Compensation, Recruitment, training and Talent Management. A degree in HR is a plus. Experience in a multinational environment is highly preferred. Proficiency in English both written and verbal is a MUST. Hands-on experience working with HRIS system applications/transactions. Functional knowledge of HRIS workflows. Efficient ability to formulate, implement and administer the full range of HR policies & procedures. Excellent communication skills (written and oral), Interpersonal skills, ability to maintain confidentiality and analytical/problem-solving skills. Ability to manage projects and daily functions with discretion and minimal supervision. Position requires strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work within a fast paced environment with strict deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Able to manage multiple tasks and adjust quickly to changing priorities. Must be able to work effectively in a matrix reporting relationship and be able to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization Possess initiative & drive; with strong desire to continuously improve processes & deliver against agreed objectives/ service levels. Willing to spend 2-3 days in Banha Branch.
