Hr Executive

Responsibilities

Ensure the development and implementation of activities and systems to optimize support activities like;

     - Recruitment.

     - Work relations.

     - Training.

     - Compensation.

     - organizational development.

     - performance review in laboration with corporate and management.

2. Advice in human resources management, communication and administrative management.

3. Manage the hardware & the administrative of the office.

QUALIFICATIONS


Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:
1. Strong business insight to align organizational objectives and HR performance objectives.

2. Build sustainable partnerships with employees in the business.

3. Autonomy, agility and adaptation to change.

4. Analytical and strategic thinking with strong emotional intelligence.

5. Ability to act with tact and diplomacy.

6. Active listening to manage sensitive HR issues.

7. Animation, coaching, mobilization and leadership with his team job.

8. Know how to work in a team, be versatile and autonomous.

9. Have a good ability to adapt.

10. Be committed to the vision, mission, values and objectives of AWAWA.

11. Have very good knowledge of Human Resources.

12. Be skilled with various office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, ...).

13. Excellent command of both Arabic and English (oral and written).

Education and/or Experience:


1. Minimum of 5 years experience.

2. Obtained a certificate in HR.
