Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Commerce, English Department is Preferred.
- Proven customer support experience.
- Has a good technical background.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiar with CRM or accounting software and practices.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
About the Job
To give our ERP software customers (based in the UK, AU, US) the
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; ing and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information.
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media.
Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
