Secretary

About the Job

  • Answers telephone, takes messages and answers inquiries within assigned scope of responsibility.
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
  • Schedules appointments, maintains calendar, allocates supervisor’s time.
  • Implement and maintain office systems and financial records.
  • Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information.
  • Prepares materials for workshops, conferences, meetings, duplicates/collates.
  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
  • Using content management systems to maintain and update websites and internal databases.

Work Conditions:

  • Working Hours 8am-4pm

Job Requirements

  • Experience 2-3 years.
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Arabic (writing, reading and speaking).
  • Good computer skills Good Communication skills.
  • University degree.
