You will be contracted with one of the fast growing software houses in MENA, with branches in KSA, Morocco, Oman and Egypt. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing a first class comprehensive technical support to the customers.
Job Nature:
- Technical support that include troubleshooting.
- Deals with inquiries independently taking ownership for the issue until a satisfactory outcome has been reached for the customer.
- Identifies the nature of customer’s inquiry and offers him all possible help in quickest possible time using technical knowledge and data seeking capabilities.
Skills
- SQL configuration excellent knowledge and skils
- Excellent experience in designing and using Crystal report
- Excellent knowledge of PCs hardware and software.
- Capable of dealing with different Microsoft Office tools effectively.
- Professional in using different versions of Microsoft Windows.
- Accounting cycle general knowledge
- Excellent English.
- Industrious and able to work under pressure and for long time continuous.
- Zeal to learn and looking forward to continue for higher studying.
