  Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and instructions and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.

Handles the day-to-day operations of Help Desk to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures.

 

Supports all employees by Providing hardware, and software maintenance to ensure their satisfaction with the IT service.

 

Maintains the data backup procedure for User PCs or Directories to ensure that all the computer data is secure & available by the daily and monthly backup and follow-up.

 

Completes departmental assets management by collecting hardware details information to generate the required reports.

 

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering

MCP and MSCE certifications are asset.
