Sales Supervisor - Traditional Trade

  • Responsible for sales volume, distribution, merchandizing, shelving and pricing.
  • Secure long term agreements with all accounts.
  • Ensure excellent deployment for the Shelving visibility or displays contracts.
  • Conduct a daily morning meeting to follow up team productivity, distribution and sales coverage.
  • Maintain a physical presence in the territory to ensure understanding of customer’s needs.

Skills

  • University Graduate & Computer literacy ( Windows applications )
  • 3 years of experience in the same role with an FMCG company.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Locations: Giza - Delta - Alexandria - Upper Egypt.
