Comprehensive Business Services (CBS) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic Human Resources department. As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives to support our company's growth and success. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs
• Administer employee benefits and compensation programs
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations when necessary
• Manage performance evaluation and appraisal processes
• Develop and deliver HR training programs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in HRIS and other HR software
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus
