- Training Needs Analysis:
- Conduct thorough assessments of organizational training needs through surveys, interviews, and data analysis.
- Identify skill gaps, performance issues, and areas for improvement across different levels and functions within the organization.
- Training Program Design:
- Develop comprehensive training curricula, programs, and materials tailored to address identified needs and learning objectives.
- Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods, including instructor-led training, e-learning, workshops, and simulations.
- Content Development:
- Create engaging and relevant training content, including presentations, manuals, videos, and online modules.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training materials.
- Training Delivery:
- Facilitate training sessions for employees, managers, and leaders, both in-person and virtually.
- Provide guidance and support to trainers and facilitators to ensure effective delivery of training programs.
- Evaluation and Feedback:
- Establish metrics and evaluation criteria to assess the effectiveness and impact of training initiatives.
- Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve training programs and delivery methods.
- Organizational Development Initiatives:
- Support organizational development efforts, such as culture change initiatives, leadership development programs, and talent management strategies.
- Collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to align training initiatives with broader organizational goals and priorities.
- Learning Management System (LMS) Administration:
- Oversee the organization's learning management system, including content management, user administration, and reporting.
- Ensure the LMS meets the needs of the organization and supports efficient delivery and tracking of training activities.
Stay Updated on Training Trends:
- Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in training and development.
- Integrate innovative approaches and tools to enhance the effectiveness and engagement of training programs
- Communication and Stakeholder Management:
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to keep them informed about training initiatives, progress, and results.
- Build strong relationships with internal partners, including HR, department heads, and senior leadership, to garner support for training initiatives.
- Compliance and Regulatory Training:
- Ensure that training programs comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Develop and deliver compliance training modules as required by legal or regulatory requirements.
- Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or related field (Engineering is a plus)
- Good Knowledge in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- OD Knowledge (Competencies, KPIs, OKIs, KBIs) awareness, is a plus
- Certification in training or development is a plus.
