CRM Specialist

Job Summary:
The CRM Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relations and handling projects and
cooperation protocols within the governmental sector. He will work under supervision of the B2B
Marketing and Business Development department to ensure the smooth execution of training tenders
and accreditation processes. The CRM Specialist will also be responsible for maintaining relationships
with important personnel within government agencies and universities, as well as implementing the
media plan for brand promotion.

Job Description

  • Manage projects and related functions related to cooperation protocols and agreements
    between Engosoft and government agencies/parties.
  • Prepare files and documents for training tenders offered by the Saudi government.
  • Secure accreditations from relevant bodies for offered professional certificates and for Engosoft
    as an authorized service provider.
  • Compile complete application packages for government tenders.
  • Build and maintain a network of relationships with key personnel within government agencies.
  • Track the progress of approvals for proposals and tenders.
  • Facilitate obtaining supply orders in collaboration with the Sales department.
  • Identify and develop relationships with universities and education sector personnel.
  • Monitor government tender platforms for new training and service opportunities.
  • Develop and implement a media plan targeting Saudi media outlet to increase brand awareness.

Daily Tasks (may vary due to work needs and assigned tasks):

  • Respond to inquiries from government agencies and universities.
  • Research and identify new tender opportunities.
  • Prepare presentations and proposals for tenders.
  • Schedule and attend meetings with government officials and university personnel.
  • Update and maintain the CRM system with client information.
  • Monitor media channels for relevant news and opportunities.
  • Prepare reports on progress and activities.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations. (Mandatory)Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer relationship management or businessdevelopment, ideally within the education or government sector.Strong understanding of the Saudi government tender process and procedures. (Mandatory)Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software. (Mandatory)
