Air Operations Specialist

Cultiv is seeking a skilled and motivated Air Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team in Heliopolis, Cairo. This role is responsible for booking, cancelling, and amending flight tickets, meeting client requests related to air travel, and providing exceptional customer service through Amadeus GDS to our B2B clients in the Saudi market.

Responsibilities:

  • Ticketing:
    • Book, cancel, and amend flight tickets for individual passengers and groups using Amadeus GDS.
    • Manage complex itineraries, including multi-city bookings, stopovers, and open tickets.
    • Apply accurate fares and policies based on client needs and market conditions.
  • Client Service:
    • Provide prompt and efficient service to B2B clients (corporates and travel agencies) via phone and email.
    • Respond to inquiries regarding flight options, availability, pricing, and ticketing rules.
    • Proactively identify and address client concerns, offering solutions and alternative options.
    • Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with Cultiv's air travel services.
  • Amadeus GDS Expertise:
    • Utilize advanced Amadeus features and functionalities to perform all ticketing and booking tasks efficiently.
    • Maintain a deep understanding of Amadeus fare structures, rules, and regulations specific to the Saudi market.
    • Stay updated on the latest air travel trends, policies, and changes within the Saudi market.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Prepare and maintain accurate travel documents, including flight confirmations and invoices.
    • Assist with other air operations tasks as assigned.
    • Maintain a professional and positive attitude within the call center environment.

Minimum of 3 years of experience using Amadeus GDS, preferably within the B2B travel sector.Strong understanding of Amadeus fare structures, rules, and regulations, including those specific to the Saudi market.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively address client concerns.Proven ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently within a fast-paced call center environment.Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken) is required.
