Real Estate sales Specialist

• Promote Co. assets and properties for sale, lease and offer advice to interested buyers

• Advise clients in the development and execution of their real estate investment strategies

• Prospect new client relationships, and network with other industry professionals

• Negotiate exclusive listing agreements and purchase-and-sale agreements

• Prepare and manage documentation and internal databases to ensure most up-to-date property and client information

• Follow up with current customers for AR and Contracts ends or other related updates 

• Negotiate and prepare relevant paperwork (contracts, deeds, leases) prior to sale of commercial property

• Perform comparative market analysis to accurately value commercial properties

• Conduct research of the local real estate market and stay up to date on industry trends

• Draft all the contracts (Selling, renting and terminating) and pushing all other related procedures

• Partner closely with other staff members to ensure knowledge sharing and cross-team collaboration


• Excellent knowledge of the local commercial property market• Well-developed communication and relationship-building skills• Working knowledge of market research, surveys, and data analytics• Strong ability to multitask, solve problems creatively, and bounce back quickly from rejection• High levels of personal responsibility, honesty, and empathy• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business or related field.• Excellent Command of English Language.• External and internal marketing analysis.• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.• Excellent communications and negotiations skills.
