Role Purpose:
Nile Air is currently recruiting a highly motivated and customer-oriented rotating shift Reservation Agent based in Cairo, Egypt. In this role you are expected to deliver a direct full service-oriented professional reservation, ticketing, and customer services to our clients, in order to achieve the highest customer satisfaction and achieve the target sales revenues.
Qualifications: Relevant bachelor’s degree.From 1 to 2 years’ experience in reservation, ticketing, and fare policy, preferably in airline industry.Advanced Amadeus using skills with 2-year experience.Ability to work in rotating shifts, including overnight shifts.Excellent Arabic and English language communication skills Spoken/Written.Very good knowledge of aviation products.High learning agilityHigh problem solving and stress management skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Very good selling and customer service skillsPresentable.Residency near to Sheraton area, Heliopolis, Cairo.
