:Job Description
• Managing all the Export operations for abroad countries, Negotiations, Contracts, Choosing Agents, Exhibitions reservations, Attending Exhibitions in all countries, quotations, Proforma Invoices , Contacting Forwarders and shipments reservations, Documents, Follow up with Importers and meeting with them for developing relations and business with them.
• Representation of company & company products to export markets & investigating potential clients through various channels.
• Preparation & revision of requirements needed to establish business dealings with new commercial agents, e.g.: contracts, prices, and files (Technical & Scientific) for company & product registration in foreign countries & organizing the issuing of export documents from the relevant authorities (Embassies, Trade Chamber, etc.).
• Correspondence with export clients to maintain and improve ties through sales analysis, marketing support, efficient implementation of orders & other services required by agents.
• Coordination with the relevant departments at the Factory (Planning & Monitoring, Production, QA, R&D, Q.C and Purchasing departments) regarding requirements for product registration (Scientific data); coordination with Production & QA departments and external health inspectors to successfully implement external factory inspection of company manufacturing facilities, required for company registration in export countries; and for execution of any export orders, to assure that these requirements &/or orders are prepared & delivered in the lead time and by the standards agreed upon with the agent.
• Follow-up of monthly sales/stocks and monitoring of execution of annual forecast
• Editing of promotional material & company literature targeted for export clients.
• Adhere to country specific standard operating procedures for importing/exporting clinical trial material and raw materials, including logistics, customs clearance and delivery cycle times.
• Continually track and maintain changes to regulations and define strategies to avoid potential conflicts
• Follow up the orders till they are shipped ( orders for private markets & tenders )
• Monitor the registration situation and prepare all export documents starting from receiving the purchasing order from the export agents and ending with shipping of goods and sending the original documents

:Requirements
• At least 7 years of experience in export ( cosmetics experience is a must).
• Experience in exportation of cosmetics is essential.
• BA Degree.
• Very Good in English.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment.
• Computer Skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Statistical Analysis
