Supervisor Ticketing

  • We are looking for a Senior Ticketing with very good experience in handling Ticketing Reservations.
  • Responsible for (Issuing tickets, Re-issue, Re-fund, and Re-validation).
  • Budling quotation which matches with customer's requests offers possible alternatives for the customer to choose
  • Handling FIT requests received from our social media channels, walk-in clients, and calls from the call center.
  • create bookings through different channels of B2B reservation systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, excellent Presentation skills, and excellent customer-focus attitude

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
  • Experience 3 - 5 years.
  • Good communication skills to be able to communicate with clients and sell the prepared offers and the corporate companies.
  • Knowledge of the basics of the Saber system is preferred.
  • Have GDS Knowledge and use it effectively - preferably Amadeus
  • V. Good command of the English language (spoken and written).
  • Well-developed verbal, listening, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently or as a team player
  • Strong computer and writing skills.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Able to solve any kind of problem that might be faced by the client.
