kEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Student marketer program
- Recruit, train and manage a team of student marketeers (university students) in your region to make Our client an integral and relevant part of a students life.
- Coach, motivate and mentor Student Marketeers (SMs) to ensure a consistently positive consumer experience, continually reinforce best practices and delivery against the defined strategy.
- Understand the student landscape and build tailored campus plans for each university in line with the national student marketing strategy.
- Manage the day to-day operations of the SMs ensuring all key performance indicators are met (project/activation targets, can targets, product knowledge) and contributing to greater cut through with students.
- Activate campus relationships & integrate Our client into key usage occasions and the right image building opportunities with college students on and off campus.
- Coach the student marketeers to continually reinforce best practice and delivery against the defined strategy. (including regular shadow shifts to ensure perfect interaction execution)

- Together with the Consumer Collecting Specialist and Field Marketing Manager (FMM) set clear goals that drives trial that engages new & infrequent users and expands the consumer base, and support sales and event initiatives in the region.
- Create and deliver a regional marketing plan in line with the national strategy to drive product trial.
- Initiate, organize, and supervise sales executions that ensure perfect distribution and visibility at and around campus.
- Provide the FMM and National Consumer Collecting Manager with monthly reports.
