- Provide detailed list of GRP materials for each part.
- Create time and Motion study in painting shop.
- Create and improve the Process of Molding in GRP line.
- Create time and Motion study in GRP line.
- Coach of blue colors to be aligned with business strategies & targets.
- Ensure Quality and Safety procedures are followed by all factory head count.
- Root cause analysis for all Issues related to Painting and GRP Process.
- Ensure that Safety Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are maintained, and communicated to employees.
- Ensure that the workplace is monitored and is fully in compliance with all applicable HSE standards, rules & regulations to maintain safety in manufacturing facilities.
BSc of science chemical or chemical engineering in the same industry (Bus manufacturing company)Special Certification or Training Required: Lean & CAD Program (Catia, Solid Works, AutoCAD)Minimum 4-6 years of Experience in the same field.Excellent in MS Office , Oracle, & Paint Testing devicesVery Good Command in English
