We are currently seeking a talented Tendering and contracting engineer to join our team.Job Responsibilities:Collaborating with various stakeholders, such as architects, engineers, and project managers, to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle. Preparing and maintaining project documents, including drawings, specifications, technical reports, and correspondence. Assisting in the development and review of engineering designs, ensuring compliance with regulations, standards, and client requirements. Conducting inspections and quality checks to ensure that construction activities adhere to project specifications and quality standards. Monitoring construction progress, identifying and resolving technical issues, and providing technical guidance to contractors and construction teams. Participating in contract negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the organization. Analyzing tender documents, identifying project requirements, and preparing comprehensive tender submissions in response to client requests. Conducting cost analysis and estimation for tender proposals, including materials, equipment, labor, and other project-related expenses. Managing and administering contracts throughout the project lifecycle, including monitoring compliance, reviewing and approving variations, and resolving contractual disputes.Requirements:A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering2: 4 Years of experience in the same field.strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and coordinate complex architectural projects, are necessary.very good knowledge of (Office-BIM-Revit- Primavera).Industry: Engineering Job Type: Full Time EmploymentWorking Conditions : Sunday- Thursday Days Off: Friday- SaturdayLocation: Dokki
