Description

Job Purpose:
To manage & lead all system performance related testing activities to ensure system reliability, capacity and scalability. In addition to, ensuring proper communication between the testing team and all stakeholders to achieve the required non-functional system quality objective.
1. Manage requirements, specifications and define automated test solutions to ensure alignment with new technological solutions or framework.
2. Lead the process of defining the scope of automation & performance testing within the context of each release/project /delivery to ensure high-level objectives mapped to actual test activities to meet those objectives from a quality assurance perspective
3. Manage & deploy the appropriate performance & automation testing framework to meet the testing mandate.
4. Manage and grow Testing Assets required for meeting the testing mandate regarding team members, testing tools and testing process.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Experience
§ Bachelor’s degree of Computer Engineering/Computer science or its equivalent.
§ Minimum 10 years of experience in Automation & Performance testing Management.
§ 6+ years of experience in the banking sector (experience in banking applications is preferred)
§ ISTQB Foundation Certification is preferred.

Skills

§ Very good command of English & Arabic language (written and spoken)
§ Very good communication & presentation skills
§ Good organizational skills
