We are seeking an accomplished Head of Data Engineering and Analytics to lead our data engineering initiatives at Core4ce. This key role will oversee the strategic and operational aspects of our data engineering projects, serving as both a subject matter expert and a customer-facing lead. The successful candidate will work closely with the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and the Vice President for Strategic Development to drive innovation in data analytics and integration, supporting our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

· Spearhead the design, monitoring, and management of sophisticated data engineering processes, ensuring optimal data integration and flow across various systems.
· Lead the development and execution of advanced data analytics projects, aiming to enhance business decision-making and operational efficiency.
· Act as the principal point of contact for all data engineering-related operations and represent the department in interactions with clients and stakeholders.
· Collaborate with the CIO and VP for Strategic Development to align data engineering strategies with broader corporate goals and new business opportunities.
· Rapidly identify and resolve issues concerning data quality to maintain high standards of accuracy and reliability for all data-driven insights.
· Provide thought leadership on best practices in data management and analytics and implement innovative solutions to enhance data processing capabilities.
· Manage, mentor, and build a high-performing team of data professionals, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
· Minimum 10 years of professional experience in data engineering, with extensive expertise in data analytics.
· Demonstrated experience as a leader and strategist with the ability to collaborate effectively with executive management.
· Proven track record of managing complex data projects and delivering on strategic business outcomes.
· Strong client-facing skills with the ability to communicate complex data-related concepts in a clear and effective manner.
· Excellent project management skills, with experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
· Professional certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP) are advantageous.
