Spend days
Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy

- Assists in hiring process by coordinating job posting , reviewing resumes, performing telephone interviews and reference checks
- Maintain personnel files and keeps employee records up to date by processing employees
- Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization
- Assist with all internal and external HR- related inquiries or activities
- Have experience in the work of social insurance office submit form (1), (6), (2)
- Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages
