- Handle recruitment processes, including talent acquisition, interviewing, and onboarding, to attract and retain top-tier talents.

- Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contribute in updating policies.
- Responsible for forecasting training costs.
- Responsible for designing the company's annual training plan and monthly training plans.
- Responsible for evaluating employees’ skills, performance, productivity, and organizational performance to identify areas for improvement and ensure that training meets business needs.
- Responsible for designing and preparing reports and presentations on training activities.
3+ years of hands-on experience in Talent management and HR Operations, preferably within Construction companies.Human Resources Management / Business Administration Bachelor's DegreeFluent in the English Language “French is a plus”Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)Effective Presentation & Communication Skills
