- Following/eliminating process losses (unplanned stops, material usage losses, breakdowns and process failures, quality losses).
- Set workplace standards and coach others to follow them by ensuring appropriate use of 5s.
- Actively participate in DDM "Daily Department Meeting" (helps to analyze data, formulate actions, and set daily priorities).
- Following "PM for equipment and Unsafe Tracker reports".
Graduate of Chemistry engineering.MS Excel must.Very good English.Lean Six Sigma Certification "preferred".80% of the time spent on the floor (coaching, observing, and troubleshooting).PM and Process Control Strategy exists.Know quality standards.Good leadership skills.
