  • Develop and implement HR policies and programs that support the company's goals and objectives.
  • Provide HR guidance and support to management and employees on all HR related matters, including performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and talent acquisition.
  • Manage all aspects of the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and job offers.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including equal employment opportunity, workplace safety, and employee rights.
  • Develop and deliver HR training programs to management and employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other related programs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fiePrevious experience in Tech Industry is preferred.Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and operations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
