HR Administrative Assistants

  •  Must live in New Damietta.
  • Working hours 8.30 to 16.00.
  • Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies).
  • Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation, and sick leaves)
  • Manage the department’s telephone center and address queries accordingly
  • Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist Operation & Accounting departments.
  • responsible for office supplies 

 


BS degreeTeamwork skillsExcellent organizational and time-management skillsProven work experience as an HR administrative assistant or HR administrator
