  • Manage job postings.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
  • Screen candidate's resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.Previous recruitment experience.Knowledge of recruitment processes.Using social media networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter) to look for and connect with potential candidates.Familiarity with social networks, professional sites, and resume databases.Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions.Collaborate with hiring managers to identify each position’s requirements.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
