Let us know and apply! ????What you will do:Analyze business processes (Finance, Operations, Trade & Logistics) to identify opportunities for improvementIdentify creative workarounds to meet requirements without the development of custom codeUnderstand the functional capabilities and limitations for out of the box functionality as well as custom codeYou will be the one to identify our customer's requirements and match them with technological capabilities and with Microsoft's continuous release plans.Facilitate the successful implementation of software-based ERP business solutions D365 Finance, following Microsoft methodology.Define, Document, configure and test system enhancements via change requests.Create demo systems to match the customers’ expectations, workshop the delivery of the pilot and train the customer on the use of the system.What you bring to the team: Deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics F&O D365 – Finance and Trade & LogisticsAt least 3 full project lifecycles and a decade of functional experienceSystem configuration experience in a large legal entity environmentExperience of developing customized solutions to complex business problemsExperience of supporting UAT and go-live cut overDemonstrable international consultancy experienceStrong working knowledge of business processesExcellent documentation and communication skillsA logical approach to problem solving and the structured introduction of change into operational systemsAbility to multitask and prioritizeGood interpersonal skillsAttention to detailExcellent command of English- both oral and writtenRelevant Microsoft certificationWhat you have:5+ years of experience within D365Specialization in one/more of Finance; Supply Chain; Manufacturing; Integration; SecurityQualified Chartered Accountant / MBA (Finance/Operations)High fluency in EnglishStrong communication and consulting skillsMicrosoft certification relevant to Dynamics 365 Finance and OperationEducation: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field would be of great value, but if you’re passionate and have the experience that backs up your abilities, for us, talent outweighs degree every time.
