Interfaces with Project Team, contributing to the production of the weekly progress report to the project team and understand functional obligations under form of contract. Reviews and captures productivity to measure progress. Communicates effectively with the client , project team and stakeholders. Incorporates sustainable design and procurement process within integrated programmes. Ensures health and safety through programme integration. Establishes and oversees project work plan and deadlines. Undertakes tasks required to full fill the requirements of the project/assignment. Responsible for coordinating activities for team. Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work. You’ll Need To HaveEstablished experience in built environment and with projects. Understands different procurement routes and types and forms of contract. Basic understanding of Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) stages. You’ll Also HaveWorking towards professional qualification (e.g. CIOB, APM, PMI). Other relevant qualifications specific to local requirements. Proficient in P6. Worked on residential projects of a similar scale.
