  • Assist in the recruitment process. (Post jobs, screening, and scheduling interviews).
  • Responsible for talent acquisition administrative tasks (sending invitations, filing & archiving duties).
  • Responsible for data cleansing and maintaining HR shared folder updated.
  • Conducting regular reports related to HR activities.
  • Support other assigned functions.
  • Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests
  • Update internal databases with new hire information.
  • Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies.
  • Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working day.
  • Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed.

Has excellent English (writing and speaking)Well organizedPassionate to learn.Recruitment background.very good in EnglishBSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
