• Focus on identifying opportunities within the Data Center environment.
• Build and foster relationships with customers and lead pre-sales initiatives for the practice.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities by supporting Account Managers, the delivery team, and marketing initiatives.
• Pursue and participate in opportunities in both the public and private sectors.
• Work with our sales teams to raise awareness of practice strategy and offerings to drive revenue.
• Provide our customers with 100% success and be a true trusted advisor.
• Lead our Bids and Proposals initiatives as technical SME for Data Center opportunities.
• Exceed revenue and gross profit goals.
• Present solutions at customer meetings, trade shows, and Force 3 blogs and marketing.

At least 5+ years of solid pre-sales experience focused on Data Center solutions, architectures, and design.We should have a strong understanding of automation and orchestration specific to Data Center technologies.Experience and current certifications in VMware, Dell Technologies / HPE and/or other relevant Data Center technologies.Experience in other technologies areas such as SAN/NAS, Backup Recovery, Switch, Security technologies and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).Must be able to explain public, private and hybrid cloud concepts. This is not a cloud developer role though the candidate should be able to design infrastructure to support workloads using cloud concepts.Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to adapt to various business needs.Experience working with all organization levels including, engineering, operations, management, and executives.Must be abreast of industry trends and new technologies.Should have a conceptual and architectural understanding of virtualization concepts in the data center to include hypervisors, containers, NFV and network virtualization, HCI, VDI, and more…Experience developing and fostering key revenue-driven relationships.Must be capable of working well both independently or as part of a team.Data Center partner experience is a plus.Must have good leadership skills.
