Responsibilities
- Follow HR Operations in the Factory (Meals, Transportation and Attendance)
- Assist in compensation and benefits functions, Expenses, Overtime Calculation and Review.
- Coordinate talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Provide support to employees in various HR related topics and resolve issues and problems.
- Process, verify and maintain documentation relating to HR activities.
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
Qualifications
- Previous working experience as a HR Specialist (minimum 2-3 years)
- Hands on experience with HRIS SAP system is an advantage
- Previous factory / manufacturing experience is required
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office.
- Well known about other HR functions.
- Have knowledge about the Egyptian labor law.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Great attention to detail and confidentiality.
