Esteemed guests are welcome to relax and unwind in a quiet and elegant setting in the resort and enjoy a genuine experience of leisure, pleasure, and successful meetings.Join our motivated and vibrant Team and build your career with us.Job DescriptionDeliver a courteous and welcoming greeting to all guests arriving or departing from the resort, providing a smooth and friendly check in/check out service.Providing assistance by escorting all guests to/from rooms and vehicles.Providing assistance with all aspects of travel for guests, assisting with bus and taxi reservations.Develop strong and loyal relationships with repeat and new guests alike, anticipating their needs and delivering top class service.Continually enhance guest experience and provide excellent service, actively promoting the resort and local area.Collaboratively assists in building the best practices necessary for the company and departments success.Adhere to company policies and procedures.Handles hotel equipment and supplies with due care.QualificationsAt least a vocational high school certificate or a related field or equivalent experience.Proven experience in entertainment/kids club or the same role within the hotel industry.Knowledge of hotel operations, service standards, and guest expectations.Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Fluency in verbal and written English is essential.Additional Russian language is a must, Arabic will be an advantage.Additional InformationThis is a pre-opening role
