Work Experience: 5.0 Year(s) To 10.0 Year(s) o Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations.o Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.o Oversees the manufacture of products, including materials procurement and vendor management, ensuring production, performance, and quality standards are consistently met.o Prepare the shop production order, cut list & specify each machine load.o Ensuring all workers maintain productivity and staying on delegated tasks.o Quality checks including pre-weld, pre-surface treatment, post surface treatment.o Coordinating incoming and outgoing deliveries, ensuring load lists Confers with Project Manager to coordinate activities with other organizational units and prioritizing work producto Take steps to solve the production problems and improve the performance.o Scheduling all jobs loaded to factory based on: Job complexity – Machine limitations - Material Availability - Job priority.o Follow up all jobs during the fabrication processes, to avoid any problems during shipping.o Monitor operations and trigger corrective actionso Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage and develop plant staffo Collect and analyze data to manage overtime.o Address employees’ issues or grievances and administer collective bargaining agreements.o Review DWGs / BOM & check order to be sure it matches with Machines Limitations & Material Availability.o Responsible for production output, product quality, and on-time shipping.
