Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify ideal customer profiles (ICPs) within the enterprise space.
  • Develop a targeted prospecting strategy to generate leads for enterprise solutions and automation.
  • Qualify leads, uncovering their needs and challenges to determine if they're a good fit for your offerings.
  • Build strong relationships with qualified leads, becoming a trusted advisor who understands their business objectives.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, effectively communicating the benefits of your solutions and addressing client pain points.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with company pricing and profitability objectives.
  • Partner with pre-sales engineers and technical specialists to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Create and maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline data.
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitor landscapes, identifying new opportunities and tailoring sales strategies accordingly.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the IT industry. A strong understanding of the enterprise sales cycle is a plus.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a previous role (if applicable).
  • Deep understanding of IT solutions and automation technologies, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, concise communication for non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and navigate complex client environments.
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and a resourceful problem-solver.
