Kayan Group seeks a highly skilled and experienced CRM Specialist to join our dynamic team at Volkswagen.As a CRM specialist, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our customer relationship management system to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.Job Responsibilities: Ensure that all complaints are received and handled efficiently in a way that - exceeds our customer's expectations. Follow up with customers to ensure complaints are well solved and provide them with any updates. Develop and maintain a monthly CRM reporting system. Conduct CSS /CEM surveys for sales and aftersales customer experience. Maximize the efficiency of the CRM data and improve customer care. Ensure all customers communicate via digital official platforms. Improve customer loyalty and retention rate. Manage customer contact center and ensure operational standards are met successfully. Develop & and execute customer relationship management campaigns to increase customer loyalty. Represent the company's brand and solve any complaints with the CPA.Job Requirements: Proven experience of 2-3 years of experience in handling customers, preferably in the automotive field. Technical expertise in CRM and analytical systems. Knowledge of the usage of the Salesforce system is preferable. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights. Strong communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude. Excellent spoken and written English language
