Assistant HR Manager - Construction

Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager HR located in Alexandria, Egypt. The Assistant Manager HR will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc).
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes.
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc).
  • Communicate with public services when necessary.
  • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
  • Alexandria resident only.
  • Experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication and Strong Leadership skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP system.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English languages is preferred.
  • age at least 35 years.
