• Establishment and management a process to identify and select the infrastructure design consultant best suited for each project based on the firm’s qualifications and ability to meet performance standards, coordinating with the commercial team. 
• Providing the infrastructure design consultants with clear and consistent direction regarding goals and objectives, standards, site, schedule, and budget for each project.
•  Managing infrastructure designs on all phases from design & tenders until completion of construction projects. 
• Set realistic and practical infrastructure systems goals for all projects and develop appropriate strategies for achieving these goals.
•  Establishes and follows an effective and efficient design review process.
•  Provide coaching and guidance to the design / project managers about Infrastructure aspect of the project so that the team members can understand their tasks fully and act on them efficiently. 
• Establishes a coordination process with the architecture, structure, MEP, landscape, masterplan teams.
•  Coordinate with subordinates to define scope, assign tasks, responsibilities, and schedule project planning process based on Superiors proven strategies. 
• Communicate all scope and budget changes with development and commercial team to help facilitate recouping extra design costs due to project changes. 
• Managing cost reduction / value engineering tasks related to infrastructure trades across projects. 
• Facilitate all the drawings and documents required for value engineering (VE) and pre-construction services. 
• Providing technical replies to contractors RFI’s and construction team queries related to infrastructure works received from site during construction. 
• Maintain contact with consultants, contractors, vendors, and material suppliers. 

Assist in developing systems for review of consultant documentation to identify changes that may have an impact on cost and time frame.
