1. Prepare a recruitment plan and standardize the recruitment process, in order to improve recruitment efficiency.
3. Organize and implement recruitment to achieve optimal allocation of human resources. 
4. Handle social insurance and medical insurance of all the Egyptian staff
5. Responsible for the management of labor contracts. 
6. Responsible for the management of employee personnel files 
7. Handle the working permit and the residence for the Chinese staff
8. Complete other tasks as assigned.


1. Bachelor degree or above; 2. 5-8 years experience in HR department 3. 26-38 years4. Work conscientiously and rigorously, proactively, and have strong affinity; 5. Proficient in the use of word, excel and other office software.6. Possess solid knowledge and professional skills in human resource management, including but not limited to recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits management, performance management, training and development, employee relationship management, etc.
