About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and experienced HR Manager to lead all aspects of human resources for our busy production plant. You will play a key role in ensuring a positive and productive work environment for our employees, while also safeguarding the company's interests through effective HR practices.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the plant's overall business objectives.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from attracting top talent to onboarding new hires.
- Manage employee relations, including addressing concerns, grievances, and fostering a positive work culture.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonus programs, and employee benefits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including personnel files, attendance records, and other HR-related documents.
- Investigate and resolve employee concerns and disciplinary issues.
- Partner with plant management to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices.
