Job Scope:

OH operations support.

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in the private medical insurance operations: Insured members full data verification / documentations availability. Daily complaints record sheet. Tracking for MI representatives’ attendance Support in Global Cority system for the region: Creating reports, tracking utilization or any relevant activity. Keeping track of OH ordering supplies. PO creation for OH supplier quotations \ Financial follow up for the pending payments. Providing administrative support to the clinic team or projects as needed. Help the medical team in the data records if needed. Finalizing all internal affairs for the medical department. Assist in organizing events.

Role requirements:

Bachelor degree in any relevant major Years of experience : 1 to 2 years (mainly in administration and/or operations) Strong command of MS Officer Good English level Strong communication skills Passion for High Performance
