- Liaise with multiple factories and workshops with drawings and manufacturing documents to ensure timely receipt and acknowledgment
- Regularly communicate with factory personnel to address queries and provide clarifications.
- Oversee the entire manufacturing process, ensuring compliance with engineering specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor production schedules, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to meet project timelines.
- Collaborate with factories and workshops to optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Build and collaborate with assembly team to resolve any issues and streamline assembly procedures.
- Supervise the assembly process, ensuring proper alignment with design specifications.
- Conduct regular checks to verify the quality and accuracy of manufactured parts and assembled units.
- Develop and execute inspection plans to ensure adherence to industry standards and customer requirements.
- Identify and procure standard parts required for manufacturing processes.
- Document and report any non-conformities, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.Proven experience in mechanical production engineering, with a focus on supervising manufacturing processes.Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, fabrication methods and tool design.Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and quality assurance techniquesProficient in CAD software.Project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams and external manufacturing partners.Experience dealing with electronics components is plus.
