We are seeking a versatile and proactive individual to fill the role of Scrum Master within our Web Development team. This unique opportunity will involve primarily serving as a Scrum Master while also working closely with the Product Owner. You will play a crucial role in solidifying our Agile processes, managing the backlog, setting priorities, and ensuring the successful delivery of web projects. This position requires a deep understanding of Scrum Master and Product Owner responsibilities, as well as a proactive approach to managing complexity and change within the development process.

Facilitate Agile processes, including stand-up meetings, task creation, and ensuring adherence to the development process. Remove impediments and blockers that hinder the team's progress, ensuring smooth and efficient development cycles. Lead the team in adopting and implementing Agile principles and practices, fostering a collaborative and accountable environment. Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, such as Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives, ensuring they are effective and focused on achieving Sprint goals.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification. Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner in a web development environment. Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles. Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in Agile project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms. A proactive mindset with the ability to manage complexity and change within the development process.
