  • Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
  • Implement applications and software upgrades and troubleshoot any performance issues.
  • Analyze and diagnose technical problems and provide solutions.
  • Respond to user requests in a timely manner to service issues and requests via phone, email, or chat.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues remotely or on-site.
  • Repairing and replacing IT equipment as necessary.
  • Document and report IT issues and resolutions.
  • Provide training and support to users on IT systems and applications.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

B.Sc. in Computer Science or Information Technology.2-4 years of experience in IT support. Preferred in industry sector.Proven experience as an IT support specialist or similar role.Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Platform and virtualization technology.Maintain confidentiality of company information assets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Customer-oriented and problem-solving attitude.An ability to stick to strict deadlines.
