You will be responsible for spearheading market research, identifying revenue diversification opportunities, assessing digital solution demands, analyzing competition, and developing strategic proposals. Your expertise will also extend to fostering business development initiatives for cutting-edge digital solutions, including indoor building solutions, digital signage, Io T, and exploring adjacent areas such as electric vehicle charging stations. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and challenges within the telecommunication infrastructure sector and related digital solutions. Lead the assessment and sizing of market demand for new products and services, including digital solutions like Io T, digital signage, and indoor building solutions. Evaluate competition, perform SWOT analysis, and develop strategies to secure a competitive edge in the market. Drive the development of strategic proposals, business plans, and responses to tenders, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term goals. Identify and evaluate revenue diversification opportunities to expand the company’s portfolio and market presence. Spearhead business development activities for digital solutions and adjacent areas, such as electric vehicle charging stations, ensuring profitability and sustainability. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and clients to support business growth and collaborative ventures. Monitor and report on the progress of development activities, providing insights and recommendations to the executive leadership team. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years’ experience in business development, strategic planning, or a similar role within the towerco or telecommunication or digital solutions industry. Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities, developing strategic proposals, and leading business growth initiatives. Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform market research, demand sizing, and competition analysis. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery of objectives. Deep understanding of digital solutions relevant to the telecommunication sector, including Io T, digital signage, and indoor building solutions.
