- Monitoring Availability of finished product to match sales forecast and have direct communication with sales team.
- Arranging shipping plan, monitoring & supervising shipping process, analyzing actual.
- Plan the proper mix of transportation and saturation, deal with contractors and problem solving.
- Accountable to maintain and propose action to achieve main KPIs.
- Responsible for Reporting section Key performance indicators, preparing presentations, analyzing invoicing and shipping process.
- Proposing logistics actions to ensure seamless Process “Invoicing, shipping, cost saving…..etc".
- cost analysis and budgeting capabilities.
3 - 4 Years of Experience in Supply Chain/ Logistics / Domestic Distribution role.BSc in Business / Logistics / Engineering Alexandria University or AAST or relevant. Alexandria Residence is a MUST.Excellent English Commands of both Spoken & Written.Excellent commands of Ms. Office package ( PowerPoint / Excel / Word / Outlook).Familiar with SAP-EBP System is PLUS.Professional Supply chain diploma or MBA or Certification is PLUS.Ability to analyze different data and information.Ability to work alone & effective in a team of different ages.Ability to meet deadline line with perfect results & well organized manner.Ability to delivery & prepare accurate and organized reports.
