We are looking for high-potential, flexible, innovative, and forward-thinking professionals to join our Global Specialty Fulfillment team in MENA.Key job responsibilitiesAs an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring multiple sites from operations and compliance point of view.You will be working with multiple internal and external stakeholders to achieve timely launches and operations metrics. With customer obsession and a high sense of ownership, you will utilize your skills to identify patterns and any disruptions in it. You should be able to dive deep, scrutinize details and foresee data implications.Roles And Responsibilities Own deployment of Continuous Improvement of network standards, in collaboration with MENA Process Owners, MENA ACES and local Process Managers Monitor operations of the assigned sites and suggest & deploy improvements Serve as a liaison between the internal and external stakeholders keeping in mind the objectives, limits, conformance and information privacy Train & direct associates for action and conformance of norms & practices Audit the sites for various operational conformances, restrictions and norms Conduct audits on based on SOPs, analyze data and propose process improvement initiatives Identify useful data accumulated from multiple sources and take necessary actions Foresee implications based on current data and trends.We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Cairo, EGYBasic Qualifications 3+ years of employee and performance management experience 3+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidaysPreferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field Fluent in Arabic and English This employer is a corporate member of myGwork - LGBTQ+ professionals, the business community for LGBTQ+ professionals, students, inclusive employers & anyone who believes in workplace equality
