Recruitment & Selection:
- Coordinate with project staff and leads recruitment efforts including postings, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, issuing local contracts,.
- Maintains applicant tracking for posted jobs and prepares contracts
- Ensures compliance with all aspects of recruitment processes, as per related local law as well as ICRC requirements.
- Responsible for all staff database for quick retrieval of information as and when required.
- Monitor the labor legislation and implement required changes to keep the process compliant.
- Ensure the recruitment tracker is updated regularly and shared with the Management Team
- Ensure all job descriptions, specifications, competencies, and skills required are compliant with internal policies.
Payroll Management
- Ensuring that all relevant payroll information is received and processed in a timely manner such as new hires, leavers, movers, acting as, changes and other.
- Follow up with team on exit procedure: end of contract, resignation, clearance, final settlement, extensions, new contracts etc.
HRIS and other HR files:
- Ensure all personnel files are completed and in compliant with labour law.
- Ensure the Job description folder is updated as required and staff information files in soft and hard copies.
National Social Insurance
- Liaise with the Social Insurance service Provider to finalize social insurance related issues.
- Follow up with any legal updates about social insurance and labour office.
Other duties:
- Ensure staff leave balance, the staff list and the history tracker are up to date.
- Provide Induction and training support when needed.
- Manage Medical insurance renewals, day to day handling and medical claims if needed
- Ensures that new employees are welcomed and well-integrated.
- Carries out administrative follow-up on HR-related issues (conflict management, training, etc.).
- Acts as a focal point for general HR-management issues.
- Is informed of the delegation's objectives and activities
- Understands the mandate of the ICRC and the workings of the Red Cross and Crescent Movement (3 components)

- Respects and observes internal regulations
- May be called upon to perform duties and tasks not covered by his/her job description, and to assist other departments as required.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field; or a combination of education and work experience that yields the required competencies.Minimum of 2-4 years related experience, including experience in a global organization.HR Diploma is preference.
