HR Coordinator

  • Support to employees in various HR-related topics such as vacations, business missions, permissions, resignations.
  • Updates staff records on the HR database and manual filing systems.
  • Receives and processes personnel forms.
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
  • Assist supervisors in in various HR-related topics.
  • Handling staff attendance and departure system and making reports.
  • Support to recruitment process starting from (sourcing - filtration - screening - selection) to find the most qualified candidate, consider the core competencies for each position.
  • Set and maintain a database of applicants ensuring availability of timely candidate information for recruitment purposes.

Bachelor's Degree in Business administration or Accounting or a relative field Preferred.Experience from 1 to 3 Years of Experience.Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.Familiar with Egypt Labor Law.Minimum of 1 years' experience in document or records management.Ability to find and preserve paper documents.Skills:Excellent proficiency of English (written and spoken).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent in MS Office Tools.Ability to work independently and part of the team.Strong Communication Skills.Quick and immediate response.Multitasking.Time Management.Interpersonal Skills.Organizational Skills.
