Main Job Purpose

Procurement contact and business partner for Procurement Operations team in North Africa, running Procurement excellence activities and Digital Agenda for 2024.

Job Responsibilities

Manage the business Deck update.
Vendors System Onboarding and Modifications
Support Responsible Sourcing Program Registration and follow-ups.
Review Suppliers Quality Performance
Update Contracts Validity
Maintain North Africa Procurement Streamlines, Localization, Saving, Resilience, Suppliers Database.
support cost savings and innovation programs based on sourcing strategies and best practices (e.g. E-tendering)
Execute the rationalization strategy for suppliers, materials, and services to meet Unilever's business requirements.
Ensure the satisfaction of Unilever's internal customers with the services provided by the procurement organization.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or anyrelevant fields 0-2 years of experience in relevant Procurement, Logistics or analyst positions, with a proven track record Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Strong Negotiation and presentation skills Strong proficiency of MS Office is a must Power PI, SAP and Ariba is a great advantage Ability to synthesize and present information effectively and tailored to different audiences. Excellent business judgment and problem-solving skills to identify issues, present creative, practical solutions, and make and commit to sound decisions, anticipating short- and long-term implications.
